As of Microsoft's July 2016 security patches (KB3115322 and KB3115262), new security restrictions (enforced by Microsoft) are preventing users from opening/displaying files that have been downloaded from the internet, and other untrusted sources.
If you are seeing a blank screen when opening an Excel download from Findmyshift you may be affected by these security updates, but you can try the following workaround:
1. Save the file to your computer.
2. Right click on the file and select "Properties".
3. On the "General" tab, tick "Unblock".
4. Click "OK" and re-open the file.
There is no known way to disable this new security policy yet, so you will need to repeat the steps above each time you download an Excel file.
